Online surveys are a new service available to 4sight clients. 4sight consultants can develop questionnaires which are then ‘hosted’ on the 4sight website. We have already implemented online surveys for several clients which have provided them with valuable insights for strategy development. Whilst many companies appreciate the importance of customer surveys the cost of implementation by telephone or post have meant they have only been undertaken infrequently. An online survey provides a cost effective solution which can be implemented quickly and repeated on a regular basis.
